Free Standard Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on standard ground shipping orders over $50 in all the continental USA. Hawaii and Alaska will be an additional charge. You will receive your order within 3-5 business days.

There is a selection of items that may take longer to arrive, up to 5 weeks.One of our agents will work with you at the time of checkout to provide you an approximate date of delivery for that specific item. These may include:

  • Lift Chairs
  • Power Wheelchairs
  • Scooters
  • Lightweight Wheelchairs/Ultra Lightweight
  • Items that require freight delivery: Power Wheelchair (that are not folding or travel models), large scooters, lift chairs, patient lifts and some non folding wheelchairs and beds. The customers will be contacted by the freight company once the item has arrived at their location to arrange a delivery time for you.

    Overnight and 2nd Day Shipping

    Overnight and 2nd day shipping is available at Mediplus Mobility. This service applies to many items on our website. In order to calculate he rate you may enter your Zip Code once the item has been placed in the shopping cart. If the item is available for expedited shipping it will be noted in the shopping cart information.

    White Glove Delivery

    With our White Glove Delivery Program you can be sure your new item will be delivered at a scheduled time of delivery, set up as well as tested for maximum customer satisfaction. The charge of this service varies by product and will be available to you once the product and Zip Code are entered into the shopping cart and the White Glove option is selected.

    Once the order has been placed, one of our Mediplus Mobility specialists will contact you shortly after to schedule a convenient time for your White Glove delivery. This option is the perfect one for those who require extra assistance opening up their new device.

    This service will be as follows: Delivery at a scheduled time will be followed by the agent who will bring the device into your new home. Then the device will be unwrapped and tested to make sure it functions perfectly. After that all packaging materials will be removed and you will be ready to enjoy your new mobility device.

    Inside Delivery

    Inside delivery will be arranged through a freight delivery, in this case the device will be delivered at a scheduled time arranged by you and the carrier who will contact you once they have received the device.

    Please assure that if you would like the box brought into your home the door space is at least 36” wide, the carrier will not unwrap or carry the box up any stairs. The delivery cost for this service will be available to you once the product and Zip Code are entered into the shopping cart and the Inside Delivery service is selected.
